Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your 1 Simple Seed purchase, and have the following return and refund policies to help make that happen:

Returns

Due to the organic nature of our Wildflower Seed Paper, as such is sensitive to moisture, we do not accept returns. 

Refunds

We will happily replace any defective or damaged items due to manufacturer or printing errors.  

Due to the plantable nature of our product, we cannot stress enough how much water and sunlight affects your seeds. Germinating seeds cannot tolerate even the smallest drought.  Using unfiltered, bottled or natural spring water and avoiding extreme temperatures during germination is best. We cannot guarantee establishment of plants due to the various factors over which we have no control. We do not refund purchases related to plant growth.
